BOY WAS I WRONG.
This is a first class operation in every way and at every turn. They take such care in documenting each item and taking the pictures so that everyone (the buyers and the sellers) can feel confident, thus buyers are willing to bid higher. So much higher than in person tag sale prices, in my opinion. Cataloguing is a painstaking task taking many more hours than I would have thought. The team worked diligently to get it done. Every part of the process has been honed to perfection. After your items are uploaded you get a chance to review and make suggestions and corrections. Prior to the sale date Kelly sends in amazing movers to organize the pick up to create the smoothest possible flow. They limit the traffic in your house and because they also bring people to help load cars just about everything magically disappears within that tiny pick up window. There are always those few items which didn’t fit in someone’s car or some calamity befalls the buyer. Don’t panic- Kelly organizes those pieces away too. I didn’t use the liquidation service but I would assume it is at the same high standard everything else was. Given the opportunity to hire her movers do it!! They are some of the best in the business. I can’t say enough about how great the service was and how happy we were with everything from Modern Day Auctions."
